How do I place an order?

Select your preferred style, colour and size, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

HYPRFORM currently ships Australia-wide. Delivery options are available at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $11 Australia-wide. We offer free shipping on orders over $149. 

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition and have all tags attached.

Can I exchange my item for another size?

Yes, subject to availability. Please refer to our Returns Policy for instructions.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

Our sincere apologies if this has occurred. Please contact me straight away with your order number and photos of the item. I'll review the issue and provide the next steps.

How do I find my size?

Are HYPRFORM pieces true to size?

Fit can vary between styles. I recommend checking the individual product description and size guide before purchasing.

What if I'm between sizes?

How should I care for my HYPRFORM pieces?

Always follow the care label. I generally recommend washing in cold water with similar colours and air drying where possible. Avoid excessive heat and harsh chemicals.
